Big air are tricks that require a large amount of air to perform. this trick catogory is divided into two groups: Grabs and Highfly. Grabs is well...you know all grabs and Highfly is everything else that you need alot of air to do.

Grabs

back toe grab
wile in a backflip bend left foot back like you are trying to kick your buttox and grab it with one hand. release and then land.
variations: cross body backgrab
difficulty: normal

method
do a back toe grab but grab both feet with the same hand.
Often problems: fail to properly go into position and do a one handed tuck instead.
variations: double method, cross method,cross double method
difficulty: hard

front toe grab
wile in a flip lift up your left leg and grab the front of your toe. then land normal.
variations: double handed front toe grab, cross front toe grab, cross double front toe grab
difficulty: normal

reverse flip grabs
do any of the grabs in reverse.
difficulty: hard

front knee grab
wile in the air lift up your right leg and grab your knee. the low part of your leg should be bent.
variations: cross front knee grab, reverse knee grab,double handed front knee grab
difficulty: normal

under leg cross grab
this one is abit complicated. lift up your right knee. put your hands in an x. put them around and under your leg. when your hands touch your in the grab. land normal.
variations: double under leg cross grab
difficulty: hard
















Highfly

Christ air
while in a flip put your legs straight and put your hands out straight to the side. you should look like a cross in the air. land in this position.
variations: leap of faith
difficulty: normal

no handed backflip
ok this trick is a very hard trick. you are swinging high. when you go backwerds and start going forwerds take your hands off the chain. do not flip yourself with force(this is very important. failer to follow instructions can result to sirious injury) just tip back abit and let the swing do the rest. when you land your first few you may have to run forwerd to actualy regain balance. this is ok. just work on landing straight.

difficulty: hard

Leap of faith
to do a leap of faith you do a mix of a christ air and a no handed backflip. put your hands out to the side and leave them there dureing the flip until you land.

tuck reverse
absolutely my favorit trick of all. to do a tuck reverse you do a reverse backflip and tuck in your legs like a ball. then wrap your arms around your legs to creat a tight ball. go out of this ball and land
variations: one handed tuck reverse, shooting star

shooting star
do a tuck reverse. then in the air after you tuck shoot your arms and legs out to make the x form. go back into a tuck then land normal

matrix flip
Do a normal backflip but you have to do it very slow. you need alot of air to do this trick
