Big air are tricks that require a large amount of air to perform.
this trick catogory is divided into two groups: Grabs and Highfly. Grabs is well...you know all grabs and Highfly is everything
else that you need alot of air to do.
back toe grab
wile in a backflip bend left foot back like you are trying to kick
your buttox and grab it with one hand. release and then land.
variations: cross body backgrab
do a back toe grab but grab both feet with the same hand.
Often problems: fail to properly go into position and do a one
handed tuck instead.
variations: double method, cross method,cross double method
front toe grab
wile in a flip lift up your left leg and grab the front of your
toe. then land normal.
variations: double handed front toe grab, cross front toe grab,
cross double front toe grab
reverse flip grabs
do any of the grabs in reverse.
front knee grab
wile in the air lift up your right leg and grab your knee. the
low part of your leg should be bent.
variations: cross front knee grab, reverse knee grab,double handed front knee
under leg cross grab
this one is abit complicated. lift up your right knee. put your
hands in an x. put them around and under your leg. when your hands touch your in the grab. land normal.
